Need an Official Docket or Record?
Route common Mesa County court requests as follows:
- A register of actions: use CoCourts or request it from the Combined Court clerk
- A court date or setting: check Court Dates, then confirm with the clerk
- Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
- A specific case: use Case Lookup with a party name or case number
- Documents: follow Court Record Search or contact the originating clerk
For state District Court and County Court files, contact the Clerk of Court, Mesa County Combined Court, 125 N. Spruce Street, P.O. Box 20,000-5030, Grand Junction, CO 81501, 970-257-3640. The clerk counter is open 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekdays except state holidays. Phones are answered 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. Record requests may also go to MesaRecords@judicial.state.co.us. Municipal cases stay with the relevant city clerk.
